★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contractors are not easy to deal with. Let's just admit it. There are always many uncertainties and horror stories associated them them. And obviously, you don't want to take any chances especially when all your life savings are at stake, and that was precisely the case with us. The stakes were very high and we needed someone who would realize our dreams into reality, and then we found someone who's name was Simar from City Contractors.
I usually make decisions based upon my intuition and gut a lot time, and in this case, I must say that I did make the right decision. Simar from City Contractors uphold my instincts :-) . Not only he was able to realize my vision into reality but also guide us throughout the project in a way that enabled us to create something that was beyond our imagination.
Although he was my contractor, he orchestrated my vision into a reality, which would not have been possible if anyone else was involved. During the construction, I did bounce off my ideas with him and he always provided me with his constructive feedback, and that enabled us to come up with something that would speak for itself.
End of the day, you want a contractor, who thinks of a project like not any other, but his own, and that's what the differentiator is that makes Simar different. After completion of our project, we feel that we have found someone who would also be retained to work on our next project in the very near future. Right from the initial inspection to the day they handed over the keys to me, it has been a pleasant experience for me. Measure twice cut once is their working principle, precise attention to fine detail. I must add to say that they have very talented people in all sectors of construction required for a dental office. I would highly recommend city contractor for this kind of work.
