and so much more than just drumming... closed eye guided meditation and a real connection with the community
wanna just dance? that's cool or play percussion? there's lots of that also
just want to just listen? no problem and no pressure. free earplugs provided (if needed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended Julien's drum circle on two retreats. His facilitation and the positive energy from this experience was incredible! As one person intimated, you may enter feeling drained and melancholy but when you are finished, you are energized and feel spectacular. I don't think it is possible to be surrounded by such incredible people and not be impacted by the experience. This healing experience is fun, funky and uplifting...and as a bonus you learn about the various percussion instruments. Always recommended. Caprice (CF Veteran)
