Wen't to mac's milk in watford tonight with my girlfriend and a man with special needs(mike) i have known my whole life just walks around town minding his own businesses one of the nicest people you will ever meet was trying to buy a coffee but his card was being declined the man was shaking so hard he couldnt look in his wallet for change and the cashier was yelling at him until he was borderline in tears his coffee costed 0.95$ it didnt break my wallet to pay for his coffee. I have been going to watfords macs milk for 19 years and i have never experienced anything like this i will never be going to your macs milk or any macs milk if this is how you treat your customers especially ones with special needs.

I have informed the proprietor that I will no longer be frequenting his business. There was only one customer being served ahead of me in line. she had a large number of lottery tickets but that is not uncommon in a small town. Unfortunately the cashier (and I believe owner) allowed her to cash out her scratch and win tickets, purchase further tickets (scratching those), cashing those out and then repeating the process a third time. I quite literally was in line for 12 to 14 minutes holding heavy purchases. this is not the first time I have encountered an issue with people purchasing lottery tickets (it is an addiction that I should not have to make way for) but this was by far the most extreme example I have seen. the fact the proprietor did not ask the customer to step aside in order to scratch her tickets I considered an affront. This problem in addition to this locations customers not parking with any regard to the marked parking; resulting in being blocked on occasion in the parking lot; makes me no longer interested in frequenting this business. My career allows me to shop anywhere within southern Ontario. I was simply choosing to frequent a more expensive and local establishment. Also of note: when I challenged the proprietor on his lack of courtesy (asking the customer to step aside) he suggested I go fight with her. Further note: this constitutes a loss of business equal to 9,125 per year.
