The cashiers are polite but they don't help you find anything and they are more expensive than 7 11

The most DISGUSTING bathrooms I've ever experienced!! Just horrid. Not toilet paper, no soap, and positively DISGUSTING toilet & sink. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The hot dogs used to be 2 for $3, now they are 2 for $6, or $3.69 each, what a rip off! There is also a sign outside advertising fried chicken....but go in and behold, No fried chicken. Go to 7-11

Great experience, hot food is good. after only 4 times being in there the staff knows Me by name and is always very nice and asking how I'm doing and so on. Nicest and cleanest macs I've been in and the hot dogs with the hot toppings make for the best during or after work snacks!

REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED SINCE INITIAL REVIEW BELOW I just got off work and, was pretty hungry. So, I decided to go to this Mac's location and grab some of the hot food they serve. When I arrived at the front counter, I asked the cashier If he knew how long the food was sitting in the warming tray because of previous bad experiences with convenience store fast food. The cashier told me he did not know how long the food was sitting in the warming tray. I asked the cashier why timers aren't being used to make sure the food is always fresh and, the cashier told me they take all the food out at 4pm everyday. But since it was busy, the food was still in the warming tray the cashier said.- (Ok fine your busy but that still doesn't tell me how fresh the food in the warming tray is...) I didn't buy squat because the cashier couldn't even answer a simple question about how long the food was left out for. Plus, the cashier wasn't the most friendly either. I've bought hot food during the afternoon before 4pm , and it' usually pretty fresh. I plan to not buy any food there since, the food quality is questionable at the least. Start using timers Mac's!! It ticks me off that your staff/management is not taking reasonable measures to make sure the food is guaranteed fresh to customers like my self!------ Update!!!manager attempted to contacted me. I missed his call, and saw him on person instead. Nice guy... He told me, he was sorry. It wasnt his fault, but I felt like he was being fair.. At the same time, I've never seen the same employee again. Either way.. I felt like I Mac's tried to help out the best they could. I feel that Macs at the location for this review, has been so far, since my last experience, good.. ☺- ive added 3 more stars for this reveiw since things seem to be better. Macs got some new hot self serve foods I decided to try. They have been hot and fresh every single time so far.
