He stressed the importance of finding a home that speaks us which sometimes can be lost as I got overwhelmed a number of times during the process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim has helped me to find my first house in Calgary and I just wanna write something down to say how much I enjoyed the whole experience.
A friend of mine introduced Jim to me last December and told me how professional he is. So we went to the first view appointment and I was immediately impressed because I know I can trust somebody who can tell me ‘look, the window frame will need to be replaced asap’ during the first viewing. He not only has so much experience in Calgary real estate market but also a strong background in house construction. That’s why he can always tell What is going on with a house, for example the condition of the roof, the floor and etc. And he’s been sharing all he knows to me during our views.
It took me a long time to find the perfect house because the market has been so crazy since December 2021. My budget is not very high for a detached house but Jim never pushed me to bid beyond my budget. We failed many times in the bidding but he never lost his confidence and patience and even encouraged me to stay tuned. We worked truly as a team and I’m so glad we’ve made it.
Jim will still be my first choice if I decide to buy a second house and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
