★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior unfinished, the whole place is empty. The arcade only has a few games and most of them do not even work. The food is bad too, you will literally not find any normal candy like any other cinema, the only thing they sell is popcorn and products from Guzzo's food brand. The employees seem confused all the time. The ticket lady told me the movie i wanted to watch was not available in english only to give me a ticket for the english version. Also, they only take credit or paper money and be sure of what you want to order because if you ask to remove something from your order they need to go get the manager.
I'm very unhappy, Guzzo is stealing clients away from the other local cinema which is WAY better. This is practically a scam, it is NOT worth paying for. Really, you'll be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a weird place. It is still under construction. Too many stairs. Popcorn was good. Drinks were cold and not flat. The English cinema was super small and the air ventilation system was loud and it was cold. The staff was really really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seats are uncomfortable and really hard, it's almost like a racing car seat. The ceiling on the second floor is very low and it almost looks like the rooms are closets. They only take cash and credit, but you can't take out money anywhere in there. The employees are mostly nice but seem lost. The guy spilled my popcorn on the counter and tried to put them back in the bag to give it to me, absolutely nasty. The arcade is honestly sad. There's a huge space, but almost no machines. The games are also really boring. They don't have sweets except this weird off-brand chocolate. The rooms weren't that clean, but the viewing experience was pretty good.

Tried to charge me 10$ extra for onion rings... they only take credit cards and have no idea when debit or cash will be in effect. The image quality was very poor! They should stay closed till they finally finish everything. Better off staying home watching a movie on your phone or tablet ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are very helpful and friendly, we were very pleased. Some of the arcade games are not working though. The seats are comfortable and movie was good. All in all a great place for an evening out.
