H	Hernandez Elisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tickets are less expensive than at Cineplex. Though, the quality isnt as good as in the other theater. We came because the Avengers movie in English is available here but wont come back again. Sorry Guzzo! :/
J	John Spik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The snack selection is awful and only one movie was in English. The first 10 minutes of the 3D movie was ruined because their projectors were not set up properly. All we saw was a blurry screen. The bathroom area in general is very crowded. The seats are comfortable on a good note.
J	Jean-René Lavoie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've watched one of my favorite Disney movie yesterday at this cinema. I loved the movie but those theaters, and it's not the first time, ruined my experience. Some movies, such as this one, are highly musical. In this Guzzo, they have completely shutdown rear speakers in all none Imax theathers. The impact is extreme! Disney mixes music professionally and offers 5.1+ mixes. To ensure that voices are heard properly, they are placed, almost 90%, in the stereo front of the mix and the music is placed, again almost 90%, in the rear speakers. So yesterday, I've paid to see a music heavy movie without the music! Those theaters, back in 2010 were using their full sound system. I've put the soundtrack on my almost cheap sound system and I finally could listener to the movie music... Guzzo, when you say "movies are not supposed to be watched like this (on regular TVs)", be professional and make it happen!

I hope this is temporary. A good thing was that the staff had all the time to provide an amazing service!
O	O Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a family of four, we go to this place because of the cheaper prices compared to Cineplex. Our expectations on customer service and cleanness are always low (you get what you pay for), but they succeed in make it bad on every visit. Employees don't seem to get enough training and most of them don't know the importance of customer service. Rude attention, not a simple greeting, not a simple smile. At the end it's not employees' fault, but hiring managers and supervisors who don't make an effort to motivate their personnel. It must be difficult to hire quality personnel with low wages, but that's not a valid reason not to make an extra effort to offer a better service. You can do it better Guzzo!

And everything is only in French. No movies in English, not even translations. I speak French too but it's supposed to be a place inclusive for everybody. Close this place, it's really awful
