★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered CIK services but we had issues with the outside incoming line from Rogers. Rogers had to send 3 different technicians to finally resolve the issue, the one who fixed it was was from work order 8723-jimmy-from Rogers. The first technician couldn't do the work because it was raining, the second technician said he finished the work but nothing was still working. Jimmy did a great job. We are very appreciative of his work compared to the second technician. The service is now working well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my mail ID wrongly. So I ve never received any mail communication nor calls from cik. When I asked them to correct my mail ID a while ago (luckily got through to cus care that day), they said they did it but I ve not still received any info from them. So cant chat with support as it's asking login info..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE service. My internet would be and is currently down 12 hours now. Says 24/7 support but I have not had one person help me . Would not recommend this provider at all . Waste of money and such a big headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet is down at least 2-3 times per week, or it’s really really slow, customer service takes days to respond. Paying for the fastest about $80 per month, ran speed test and it showed download speed of 40MB instead of what I was paying for. When I finally got them to respond , their solution was to block all my devices except 4. So next day when I went to turn on tv and log in to my laptop, both those devices had been blocked, so unless you have 3 to 6 hrs a week to spend on phone trying to get help from these people, use a different company.
