D	Dan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Covid 19 I have had generally positive experiences. But for the past couple months, the service has been very inefficient and slow. They need to get their act together and open more branches to alleviate the long lines. Lines can be 20 people deep which is unacceptable. I have been driving twice the distance to the Grant Park to avoid this nonsense, and still coming out ahead time wise.
D	DonkeyKick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was next in line to speak with a teller until a worker named “Rema” convinced me she can help me out, took me out of line then questions for a third time how she can help and ended up talking to the credit card line on phone after waiting 25 mins to be told I need to speak with a teller at the branch before moving forward with my request.. huge disappointment. If the staff is not trained properly don’t have them wasting the costumers time with uncertainty.

I came in with many questions and problems with my accounts and she was able to accommodate me despite her busy schedule and still managed to give me such amazing customer service. She was very kind, tremendously helpful and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable and it was clear she was so knowledgeable and really did want to genuinely help me which I am so appreciative for. Highly recommend coming to this location to see Mary!

So how is it that I’ve called for the last 15 minutes and not one person picks up the phone. I was calling for some general information. I like to avoid going into a place unless necessary these days. I would have gone in if they could have had accommodated an on the spot council but I’ll never ever do business with CIBC and I can now see where 2.6 starts is coming from for bank that’s ridiculously bad. Like who manages this place they really should get fired.

We see him dawdling around, in and out of cubicles. Then, he comes over and gives us the most insincere and abhorrent apology. He asked us to wait another 10 minutes. I said no we are leaving. Then, he had the audacity to assume we would just wait longer until he "fixed his computer". Highly unprofessional and rude. Terrible customer service.
