★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle null, nous somme jeudi et la branche ferme normalement à 19h. Et déjà, à 18h 54 ils ferment la porte et disent qu' ils sont fermé. Les employés ainsi que le directeur sont préssé de rentrer chez eux.
 Customer service null, we are Thursday and the branch closes normally at 19h. And already at 18:54 they close the door and say that they are closed. Employees as well as the director are expected to return home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci a Esther Royer pour un service impeccable. Très humaine et aidante. J'ai toujours été bien servie à cet établissement, mais je veux souligner l'aide et la belle attitude de Mme Royer aujourd'hui.
Je tiens a mettre a jour cet avis. Je fréquente assez souvent cet établissement, et rien ne change. Je suis épatée a chaque fois de la politesse, la patience des employés. Aucun problème avec mon chien d'assistance, et ça, ça vaux de l'or. Je me sens toujours en sécurité d'y aller.
Thanks to Esther Royer for impeccable service. Very human and helpful. I have always been well served at this establishment, but I would like to highlight the help and the wonderful attitude of Mrs. Royer today.
I want to update this review. I frequent this establishment quite often, and nothing changes. I am amazed each time by the politeness and patience of the employees. No problem with my service dog, and that's worth gold. I always feel safe going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise prise en charge des clients c’est jamais le département de personne…Le sourire c’est pas tout faut savoir ce qu’on fait aussi… Puis si tu peux pas répondre au clients de manière respectueuse t’es p-e pas à ta plaçe dans le service clients
Very poor customer care, it's never anyone's department...Smiling isn't everything, you have to know what we're doing too... Then if you can't respond to customers in a respectful way, you're not at your service position in customer service
