Unable to talk to them on the phone. I have to go through the credit card center to be able to talk to them.

Je songe à changer d’institution financière pour tous mes comptes,!
Unable to obtain general information by the famous. "Virtual assistant" and even less with an attendant, IMPOSSIBLE! .. by tale, Desjardins informed me well and .. without delay by telephone.
I am thinking of changing financial institutions for all my accounts!

This branch in King Ouest Sherbrooke is probably the worst in Canada, at least I cant think of a worst services or advisors attitude. I tried to reach the branch regarding an issue in my account for more a couple of days without success, I left multiple voicemails but didnt receive a single call back. I had to mention that talking to RBC customer services elsewhere is really good. Not sure why RBC doesnt take these bad reviews for this branch seriously ... they have a rating of 2.3 on google ....
