An incredibly poor decision on the Bank's behalf to have a person of his arrogance and poor ability to answer any questions be the General Manager. Make sure if you have any investments here that you watch them closely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever deal with jackie for any type of loan or mortgage, she completely shut us out and wouldnt even try to make an attempt at looking at our approval. We tried several times to contact her with no reply. Very happy we tried a different cibc location because they actually took the time and we bought a house :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible how the manager treated a medically exempt client today. To yell at a someone in front of all of so many, is unacceptable. Have some compassion. Should be fired. I will not step foot in there again.
