★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une des rares banques CiBC lorsqu’on ce dirige plus au nord de la ville de Montréal. Malheureusement, je viens de déménager dans Rosemont La Petite Patrie et je suis très déçu que celles-ci se trouvent beaucoup plus au centre-ville ou vers les extrémités de la ville. ?
One of the few CiBC banks when heading further north of the city of Montreal. Unfortunately, I have just moved to Rosemont La Petite Patrie and I am very disappointed that these are much more downtown or towards the ends of town. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service. Ma blonde a pris rendez-vous avec eux pour ouvrir un reer. Une fois rendu sur place, son nom n'étais pas la et n'ont pas voulu l'aider. Il lui ont simplement répondu de rappeler pour faire un autre rendez-vous.
Very bad service. My girlfriend made an appointment with them to open an RRSP. Once there, his name was not there and they did not want to help him. They simply told her to call back to make another date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me présente pour faire un dépôt, mais le guichet ne peut pas numériser un chèque. Je me dirige vers l'intérieur de la succursale et on me refuse l'accès à quelques minutes de la fermeture (il était 16h55). Je signifie au gardien de sécurité que l'heure de fermeture est 17h00 et il me répond qu'ils vont terminer à 17h00 avec les clients déjà à l'intérieur... un commerce avec de la considération pour le service accepte ses clients jusqu'à l'heure de fermeture. Si vous voulez terminer à 17h00, changez l'heure de fermeture pour 16h30!
I show up to make a deposit, but the ATM cannot scan a check. I head inside the branch and I am denied access a few minutes before closing (it was 4:55 p.m.). I tell the security guard that closing time is 5:00 p.m. and he replies that they will end at 5:00 p.m. with the customers already inside... a business with consideration for service accepts customers until at closing time. If you want to finish at 5:00 p.m., change the closing time to 4:30 p.m.!

I have never , never seen such a thing
I had to close my account to correct their mistake Which in turn I lost all my freebees ! ! !
well I will have to go to another Bank also
they don't seem to care about their clients very much
unfortunately for them their not the only Bank
Actually Tangerine is a faboulous Bank with Faboulous interest
