★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this same location multiple times with no complaints. Tonight they wanted to argue with me.
I always order the 16 piece combo with the three large sides. The sides I pick are always fries, gravy, and jalapeño bombers. I tried to order it and was told the bombers are not a side... when in the picture it shows that they're literally under "signature sides" I even offered multiple times to just substitute it for the jalapeño bombers and I'll pay extra... even the manager told me it wasn't a side and that he couldn't help me. I'm pretty sure I know how to read. If you're gonna turn me down at least have the evidence to back it up. I work in the restaurant industry. Knowing that the customer is always first. If you're going to tell me something isn't a side.. maybe don't put it under sides. Unsatisfied is an understatement for me tonight.

This used to be the place for chicken but I think there's is new owners or something. Last 3 times for hasn't been fresh and the coven they served me the last time was probably 10 hours old. All 3 pieces were so dry and looked like leather under the batter. Called and someone argued with me that it was fresh. Anyways will never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought spicy wings and look what they gave me? Is it always like this it should be equal part of chicken wings but how come I received 2&8. I waited for more than 10 minutes for the hot wings and looks like only 4 pcs of them is new cook and the rest is old like been sitting there for a while. Looks really dry…For the price it’s quite pricey and I asked for vinegar and catsup they only gave me 2 sachets of vinegar and one sachet of catsup for 12 pcs legs and things of chicken and 10pcs hot wings…. I am disappointed knowing I worked here before it could be a new management that’s why??? And before I forget this location is in Kingsway Burnaby near Save on Gas….hoping that this will not happen again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of upset reviews but i went there yesterday to have the $1 per chicken wing deal. The service was really fast. The chicken was nice and crunchy.
The BBQ and honey mustard sauces weren't good but packet sauces never are anyways. If you can afford it, take the gravy. It's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really misleading menu. I ordered the 12 piece bucket, with the reasonable assumption that there would be a variety of pieces. We got home: 100% thighs and legs. NO MENTION of "dark meat only" on the menu board. We were so disappointed and phoned the manager. Her response: yes, it is thighs and legs. Amazing. Churches, PLEASE put a variety of options on your menu boards, which will keep your customers happy. Not impressed. And the staff seem to be half-alive.
Message to owner: please don't respond to this message like you respond to everyone else: thanking me for the review and telling me it helps you improve. Robot answers are not genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here again tonight, staff barely put any fries into the 3 piece deal box. First time I've ever seen this in 10+ years going to Church's all over Vancouver. Last month they forgot my gravy. I used to go to Hastings /Nanaimo and Fraser st all the time and they never once had any issues. Owner: hire better people!!
