D	Debra Cody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE YET AT A CHUCK'S!! Our server, Hailey, was a treat. She was friendly, courteous and welcoming throughout our meal. She's the reason I am giving any stars! My steak was not cooked properly and my baked potato was cold both had to be sent back to the kitchen. My husband's dinner was fine but not the quality we are used to from CHUCK'S. He was SUPER annoyed that after repeatedly asking for the Leafs game they tuned into the Boston game. Very disappointing evening out!

B	Barbara Dacal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to ensure the restaurant was opened. The girl said the last call would be at 11:00pm. So I ended up driving 25 minutes to place my pick up order. As I get there well before the supposed last call, a man rather than greet us, just says “we are closing in 15 minutes”. When I explain that I was given different information, he responds “well then the person lied”. As a customer and someone that has been in the service industry, this is not the way to do business. Not only did no one try to mitigate the situation but customer service skills were severely lacking. Good food is not everything, so is overall etiquete which is clearly lacking. Best of luck with your business and will definitely be back when better service is provided. Thank you.

Service was really good. I ordered a Montreal smoked meat sandwich which came with a side ceasar salad and a side of dipping sauce. $11.99 very reasonable for what you get Quality was excellent and the prices were very reasonable considering how much food you got and that you're on the strip in Grand Bend . Highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for a good meal on the main drag in town

Nachos are amazing. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I'll be really glad when it warms up and the patios open. It's super noisy inside!

Our server was very friendly and accommodating because I’m celiac. She made sure to take the time to let me know what was safe for me to eat and drink. Highly recommended!!!

Below are few point which will help you what can be expected: Price - very affordable Ambient- near and clean People- 5 star Food - really good Thank you Emily for your service and mike for accommodating us. You guys were awesome We will come back.

Started out poorly, we waited to be seated for about 5 minutes and no one was at the door and there where no signs to wait, so we seated ourselves on the patio. I asked a server that was walking past if it was OK, and she said "sure just let them know inside", which I did when I finally found a large older guy, who scolded me for seating ourselves, "next time wait to be seated, you're supposed to wait"... and when I pointed out that there was no sign and no one around, he said "I was standing right here"... ?‍♂️?‍♂️ Clearly you were not, otherwise you'd have seen us and seated us, and we wouldn't have had to ask a passing server. Thankfully our server was great, and the food was great and served quickly. Steak was super value and cooked perfectly. Get rid of the out of season corn, it's flavorless. Montreal smoked meat sandwich was fantastic, piled high, and the kids cheeseburger was also perfect. Don't bother with the garlic cheese bread, not good, very dry inside, just basically a large dry bun with some garlic butter and cheese on top. Imagine a hamburger bun with some cheese stuck to the top. We will definitely be back, as long as the grumpy old guy at the door checks his attitude.
