They are daily activities of different kinds to bring patients out of their solitary rooms : music ,movies (French and English), library. The food could use some improvement tastewise. Parking is only available in the across the street paying parking lot or with some luck on the street (watch out for parking signs !!! ) As I looked up the other posts about this place ,I realized that the bad ones are misplaced: they might be writing about the neighboring hospital,not about VIGI ! ,yo(French and English (French and English
N	Ni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my parents are in there, the place itself is dirty and constantly smells like urine and feces. They do not attend to the patients, they ignore them. People get sick there all the time and it is because it is not hygienic place. They have mouse traps everywhere. They have my mother in her wheelchair from morning to night they do not change her; they do not put her into bed during the day for a nap; she is basically sitting in her diaper all day & all night long, She has complained about being in pain everywhere. I have put in complaints many times and they do not address any of them. She falls asleep in the hallways and they don't have the decency to put her in her room or to cover her up with a blanket or put a pillow under her head neck. They only bathe them once or twice a week. They never wash their hands or brush their teeth. If it is breakfast lunch or supper time they cannot attend to them. There is a woman with Alzheimers now in her room and she is naked in her bed and she yells and screams non-stop morning afternoon and night. She keeps my mother up, they told me they have no other beds. There was also another woman yelling screaming and they did not attend to her. i brought her water and cookies and she calmed down a bit. Do not bring your loved ones to this place! It is a very depressing place and the atmosphere is horrid! My father has all his senses and he is so depressed he moved int there after I had to move away for work.
R	Russell Parkway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I call this place to reach a patient who has changed rooms, no one knows where she is. The staff is poorly trained. I keep being given the runaround and when I was redirected to the receptionist, I was asked to call back in 20 minutes because he did not have an updated patient list. If ever I lose my autonomy I hope that I never wind up living in this facility. The fact is I'd be better off dead.
