★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You Guys need to better coordinate between your online salespersons and people at the dealer. I had an appointment to test drive the Ioniq 5. When I arrived waited for 15 minutes then someone came and told me do you know what's the wait time no I said. 3 years and said Ok good bye. Try to be transparent over the phone and don't waste people's time I live 15 minutes from dealer imagine someone who needs to drive for an hour or 2.

I called the number of the website.. Reception for sales.. Then I was transfered to mechanical services ect ( which is what I need) ; once on the phone with services I asked for a new front bumper Hyundai Elantra 2013, painted, change my broken existing one.. Also I needed the lower grill, and as a plus I would like to get installed 2 bumper fog lights ect... I was then transfered to another number ( notice that Noone yet has asked me if I had purchased my Hyundai here).. Which I did.. But never mind..! I got transfered to body work.. Surprise, nobody picks up the phone.
Great service I might sarcastically say.
They haven't changed since 2013 when I purchased my Hyundai Elantra at this particular dealer.. Bad cx service all the time.. Not a grab intention on the cx that is calling.. That's how they have lost thousands of clients over the years.. People buy their cars and never come back.. And management at this chomedey still wonders why that is?.
Voilà.
I'll try somewhere else again for this service $$.. You lost AGAIN my money...and therefore as you might notice.. Not only who reads my review will understand the kind of services will find at this place but another 10 to 15 through my twitter and Facebook will know now.
Very dissapointed AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a pleasant experience coming here for my car tune ups. They are always on point for customer service and the have a huge variety of snacks and beverages for those long waits. High-five on that! Makes the waits a little better while our babys are getting a little work done. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got quoted 45$ more here per month for 60 months than I did at three other locations. Verify your prices before you get screwed over by one of their sales reps who supposedly are giving you their best price. Guess other hyundai’s have better pricing. Not cool. Not happy. Wont be giving them my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to get service from them. Nice and courteous people. Nice layout, very clean, and spacious. I like the viewing deck to see the mechanics and auto shop. It's the first time I've seen something like that. I'll come here from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking forward to test driving the Ioniq 5 at their brand new location (I even booked the appointment 1 week in advance), but my experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. During the test drive, the salesperson not only took a call during the test drive, but also made zero attempt to sell the actual car. Any questions I had were answered bluntly and it made me feel like they were not pertinent. Once we returned to the dealership, with no explanation, the salesperson made us wait 5 minutes while he chatted with his colleagues. When we asked him to explain the difference between a couple of trim levels, we were referred back to the website as their would be too many items to go over. The whole experience made us feel as if he did not think we were serious with a car purchase and that we were wasting his time. In spite of all this, I actually do like the car a lot, but I think I'll go with another dealership, which is unfortunate because it's so close to where I live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought my Hyundai Tucson 2022 Trend. I had a good experience with the dealership and reached a deal that I am satisfied with. The staffs are very friendly and polite. The location is new, so it is very clean and neat. A must see and visit if Hyundai is on your list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dealership and location. Long wait though as very busy..better organized in the new location. I took a star off as the service technician forgot to reset my dash control panel and left it in the maintenance mode. I had to go back!
