★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great walk for those looking for an easy, but scenic hike. It starts at the Day Use parking area at Chinook Lake and runs 2km around the lake. From in the forest, through a marsh, along the lake edge, and over a small dam ... the kids love it. If you are staying in the Pass, this is a short 5km west of Coleman, then 5 km north to the Campground. If you can go on a weekday it won't be quite so busy, as Chinook is a popular weekend spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful trail and easy for our toddler and 4 year old. This is not stroller friendly. Quiet and people were respectful of each other's space. Not many bugs.
