★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time skating with the grandchildren .was hard to find the entrance tho another women and myself both had trouble finding it.and a had a problem with the women at the concessionshe was Very rude and impatientwith me .so rude that the other women behind me looked at me in shock n walked away she had no interest in speaking with her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been playing hockey here for 14 years aswell as at Twin rinks (Sardis sports complex) obviously, because of playing hockey I have more perks, dressing rooms, access when the building is "closed" to Public (open for minor hockey) & Never feel cold when on the ice in all the equitment!
Out of all the rinks I've been to across British Columbia. I'd say Chilliwack has the greatest ice quality. It's basically always perfect. Only a few times I can remember where there's been puddles left over, this rink more than twin rinks though for sure, other than that the ice quality is very very good on both rinks. the seats are a little uncomfy in the second rink as their metal bleachers, more meant for minor hockey. Although minor hockey is played on the chiefs ice aswell, the seats in the chiefs rink are very comfortable. Plastic but proper stadium seats.
The chiefs arena houses a few thousand people while the secondary rink can house a few hundred if many stand. The concession is outdated but very well kept, clean & the food is delicious.
When at the chief's game, or in that rink there's windows where you can view the secondary rink from above which is nice! place deserves 5 stars & giving it 2-3 stars because it "was too cold" or someone said something rude to me is ridiculous. This place is great to take someone skating, watch a game, prices are very good too.
