Also much help with questions that popped up pre installation. Jeremy and carpet arrived on scheduled date and he did a professional job. Thanks Krista and Jeremy!
M	Matt Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience with Chilliwack Carpet One during an insurance claim in 2019, which is why we tried to return there later when we wanted to have our entry way and kitchen redone last winter/spring. This time, we had a difficult time receiving return phone calls from the associate that was helping us - our feeling was that we were a small client, out of the way and there was not an insurance company to charge a premium rate to, so we were not treated the same as during our original dealings. Eventually we gave up and told the associate not to worry about it. I struggled with whether to provide 3 or 4 stars on this review, because the latter experience was not pleasant - but this was just with one associate. I provided 4 stars because the staff at the store was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The job that was completed during our insurance claim was fantastic quality and the installer was great. This company has good people and is capable of excellent work.

As we are new to the area we found 3 places to look for a match to laminate that is down throughout the upper floor. There are two doorways where the flooring will meet. Went to Carpet one first and met with Alice and Matt who were so helpful. Brought home four samples. At another store we brought home other samples, one of which was an almost perfect match. As we were much happier with the helpful, hometown feel from Carpet one we asked Matt if he was able to get this match in and he did! (At a much better price by the way!) He also helped us with picking our new backsplash tile which they will install for us as soon as we’re ready. When we re do the bathroom and replace carpets this will be the place we’ll go. In all our years of building houses this has been one of the best experiences by far. ????

Darren, the person we dealt with was very professional and courteous. He explained every detail of the project and gave us a detailed quotation without any additional charges added at completion of the job. The next employees that we met were the flooring installers. We were very impressed with their great work ethics. They were very friendly and courteous and the end result of their work on our floor was absolute perfection. Our floor looks fabulous and we highly recommend Chilliwack Carpet One for anyone needing flooring done.

Our installer Jeremy did a superb job installing carpet in a walk in cupboard with a tricky hatch as well as flooring in the master bedroom. Matt in sales is very knowledgeable, accommodating and helped a lot with making the right flooring choice. They guided us to the right product based on our needs. Matt came out to give us a quote. As this was at the beginning of COVID-19 I had a lot of questions for him. Matt was very patient finding out answers for me. When we felt the time was right a deal was made. The flooring was delivered. Installers Herman and Derek came to rip out the old flooring and place in the new floor. When we bought our place we have always felt we were living in someone else's home. As the old floor disappeared and the new floor installed we suddenly felt this is now our home. Herman and Derek could sense our excitement as they transformed the look of our place. The flooring the showroom staff helped us pick out was perfect. It brought out a warmth to our home the old flooring lacked. We now feel proud to invite people into our home. Thanks to everyone at Chilliwack Carpet One. We would definitely recommend others to do business with you. I know we will be pleased for many years to come and we thank you for helping us through a very personal and difficult decision.

The salesman - Darren Webster also did all of the measuring. The installation crew did an excellent job - above expectations. Everything was left in a nice clean manner.
