★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend too much time harassing good parents and not the bad ones. Failed to engage my kids, failed to offer solutions or counselling, failed to address behavioral issues due to past abuse, and was a colossal waste of time for all involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place and our health care system in this town of thunder bay is the most useless place to go for help with a minor that is on the breaking point of harming himself and others and it doesnt matter how much you say or prove they just wash there hands and accept a paycheck for doing the least amount possible. Its dispicable and sad that they wait till the worst happens

We are a family who receive services from this place for last five years and we have nothing to say but good things about the staff, accountant, fund administrators and everyone and everything related to this place. They really came to a rescue in tough time of our lives. Thanks for everything CAS, Thunder Bay. Please know that there are people who really really appreciate the hard work that you people do.
