★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered out from Chilaquiles twice now and the food has been just delicious both times! It's very much got a "homemade taste" to it. Good portions. Fantastic homemade tortillas. I've ordered the chicken enchiladas both times, and they're delicious. I'm new to the neighbourhood, so very much looking forward to trying more dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chilaquiles is an amazing spot in the Rockliffe Park of Ottawa. If you want traditional methods cooking traditional dishes from Mexico and other Spanish countries. You should eat here, 5 stars ? isn't enough because it's a 10 out of 10 in my heart.
I'm a local and can't get enough of their cooking. Made with love. . .

What prevented me from giving the 5 stars is that the place looked a bit dirty, as if it were under remodeling, but I think it wasn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really feel like this was one of the nicest Sunday afternoons I’ve had in a while. Our server Gustavo was a class act. He was patient with all of us because we wanted to practice our Spanish and he was so friendly.
The food was delicious but it was also so bright and colourful. My friend got a Jamaica water which I’m not sure what it is but it was really nice. I recommend this place 100% for a nice lunch any day of the week!

I got the chicken tacos; one grilled and the other shredded.
Both were good but the shredded chicken tacos were better. What I liked the most about these tacos was how they weren't plain/boring, but had some toppings. Give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is so so tasty you must try! Portions are not too big. I had the Enchiladas de mole and my friend got the Chilaquiles. We shared (4 people) the chips (nachos) with guacamole and cheese and the tortillas (chips) are 2 color freshly made light and crunchy, just perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tacos, service and home made salsas could not have been any better, they were all (5/5).
Each type of taco had its own unique taste, great portion of meat and most notably was not oily or wet and soggy underneath the tortilla. The house made salsas were packed with complex flavor and nice heat, they were not vinegary or oily either.
Our server Oliver was super nice and friendly and had great recommendations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and great food! I finally put aside a time to come visit Chilaquiles for a nice sit down meal. I ordered drinks and tacos and was pleased with the amazing service and tasty food. I highly recommend their beef tacos and any of their drinks. I'm a huge mezcal fan and I'm glad they had a good variety. Oh their spices! Beware of the really hot salsa... It bites!
I look forward to going back!
