★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my haircut here and then my next haircut in saskatoon, which is the best haircut I've probably ever received, could hardly believe how my hair had been previously cut. He even asked, "Don't hairdressers in Moose Jaw have to be trained?"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed with the customer service here. Very difficult to get ahold of them, they don’t answer phones very often, and never reply to voicemails. The one time I actually got ahold of someone, I told them I was wanting to potentially book wedding hair with Courtney and another stylist. I was told Courtney would phone me back (she was on holidays) and never got a call back. Called back again, left a message. No reply. Called again today, no answer. I would suggest a better system for answering phones and replying to voicemails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started seeing Paige when I wasn't able to get in to see my regular hair stylist. Paige was so accommodating and came in early to squeeze in my appointment. She is an absolute joy to be around. I have been back twice since my initial appointment and am so happy with my hair.

All the staff are so welcoming, kind, fun, sweet and talented. The decor looks like a dream pintest board. I have super high anxiety letting anyone touch my hair and was well over due for a cut. Paige was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. She is so detailed, warm, kind, funny, insightful and amazingly talented. Thank you so much.
