We were invited there for our friend's birthday. I find this place very clean and very comfortable. There is a good view from windows as well. We ordered special menu for 4 people and were really surprised by the quantity of food on our table. The food taste amazing and waiter was very polite and caring. Also there are big tables out there so you can definetely come with the large group of people to spend your special occasions.

It is old school Hong-Kong fair. It is on a second floor and the stairs shouldn't discourage you. The dining room is large and elegant with many tables so that you can come in with family and friends and feel like you are at a bona fide outing. Food is very competent and service is prompt and somewhat curt (nothing shocking by Montreal standards, the food is what matters). Like many large-dining room places, this restaurant has seen its share of challenges. I've patronized in sit down or take out and I still consider it a bit of a hidden gem. I recommend the hot and sour soup.

We were a party of three and ordered three dishes from the menu. Had high hopes because the restaurant looked very nice from the outside. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely tasteless! All three dishes were in running for the worst dish. There was no flavour and not at all worth the prices. The plates, cutlery and glasses set before us (prior to ordering) were all greesy and dirty and had to get them changed. The dishes were all overpriced and were even overcharged for one of the dishes. But it was the the poor quality of the food that left us feeling disgusted and very very dissapointed. Will never be going there again!

Was served raw shrimp dumpling. Then when I gave them a second chance to do it over, some of it was still raw. Never been a fan of grey shrimp. When they served the shrimp lasagna the waiter insisted that he stood by us as we ate to make sure it was cooked. How very uncomfortable! Best of all they insisted that the shrimp dumplings were cooked on both tries. When paying for the bill, they short changed us and the lady went on about the shrimp being cooked and condescendingly said we were kind and that god would be good to us. How rude! I am Asian and sorry I do know what cooked shrimp looks like. What we were able to eat was mediocre at best. Never going back. Should’ve turned around and left the moment we arrived to a roomy restaurant that was not busy at all. Everyone who worked there had a weird vibe, like we were an inconvenience. Just the worst experience in Montreal.

Will never go back! One of our dishes was served only once we had finished eating, and only once it was mentioned. There was no bill provided. Only a total sum that seemed higher than what we ordered. Nothing written down. Very unprofessional and have actually never experienced that.

The owner/waitress was dishonest about our bill and overcharged us with extra tips. When I asked the receipt, she lied and refused to give me one. She also said to another costumer and I quoted "Are you sure? This [the order] is not enough" in a very rude way. I will never go there again and there are so many better options (with much better hospitality and more authentic Chinese food) in the Chinatown.

We a party of two ordered 5 dishes and dim sums. The yuntun noodle came with two bugs inside besides tasting blander than fast noodle; the 腐竹卷is cold inside. The other three dishes are at best average. One of the male waiters like to rush us when it comes to ordering and serving, and the female waitress or the boss only becomes more apologetic after we've made our complaints clear. There are better options out there for whatever occasion.

Authentic regional Chinese food masterfully prepared and consistently delicious! Last time we ate here was 3 years ago before the pandemic and absolutely NOTHING has changed! We were welcomed by the owner and staff like we had just showed up last week! Always love dropping in for dinner whenever we are in town! The friendly staff will be more than happy to suggest their house specialties and freshest vegetables in season for your dining pleasure! Highlights of this last meal included the sauteed green beans with minced pork and the braised pork belly with preserved vegetables which were both scrumptious!
