★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going going to Love your Lashes since her first studio at St-Mathieu. Really glad the studio is now in the heart of Montreal at Square Phillips. Everytime I have an event, I make sure my eyelashes are done by LYL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to add lashes. resist the heat and humidity.. if you're not into contouring or a tone of makeup like me.. this what LYL does .. Looks amazing ! I'm presently in Haiti 38 degree when I got off the plane and my lashes are making a world of difference.. Because nobody got time for make up. I recommend LYL to everyone but especially for anyone that just wanted to say I woke up like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend. I made an appointment for 10:30am, as I was running late, I phoned the day before as well as morning of to push to 11am. No one answered. When they did answer, I was told by the lady with whom my appointment was with, that she only had 1 hr (as opposed to 90mins), and she would do what she could, if it was not «enough » I could return in 2 days to have her complete it for no cost. If this was not the case, I would have cancelled outright, as who wants an incomplete set of eyelash extensions when paying for full. When the 60 mins were up, they were not quite done (perhaps another 15-20 mins), when she went to book me again for 2 days, the (presumably) manager or owner stepped in and curtly informed me it would be the price of a 2 wk refill if I wanted them to complete the job in 2 days. I explained that had I been told that was their policy, I would have cancelled completely, however, I was told the above. She was condescendingly steadfast. Awful. I should say the lady that did my lashes was very nice, however, the manager was atrocious in her approach to honouring what her staff had quoted and her customer service. I appreciate that it is important for any business to not have cancellations or late appointments, however, things happen and they should most certainly not promise one thing and deliver another. Bait and Switch. If you are looking for a great place - do Billionaire Nails in Westmount Square and see Leia. Wonderful customer service and product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! It's been probably over two years now since I started having my lashes done at Chez Love Your Lashes, and I will keep coming back as long as I can. They have, in my opinion, the dream team with Katy, Lyn and Nini (I'm sure the other technicians are competent, but I can only attest for these three ladies). I always got so many compliments for my lashes. Some people didn't even realize they were extensions as they look so natural! - Just tell them what you are looking for, lay down and relax. You will be in good hands.
