★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, this is the worst experience I have received at a gas station. The assistant was careless and refusing to help. Would not give the bathroom key but gave to the next person in line. I would rate here 0 stars if I could and do not recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for a drink around 12:30am on a Monday, transaction window only...perfect. Was told they didn't have the drink I asked for when I could clearly see it in the cooler. Can someone please open a Circle K, Mac's or 7-Eleven on the west side of Kelowna please, for all our sakes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder if the owner or corporate knows about the locations infamous reputation. At least two people who have been working there for years deserve to loose their job and go straight homeless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location was dreadful... the assistant was a old thin lady wearing black frame glasses, around 65. We went in and asked for a washroom key after filling up, but she said the washrooms were closed unconcernedly. Then a guy walked in (he was white) and he also asked for a key for washroom. And the lady told him to wait a moment. While we were walking out, the lady handing the guy the key. This is clearly discrimination because either we are Asian, or we are Albertans. I have never thought it would happened in Canada where everyone’s supposedly friendly. Worst experience I’ve ever received from a gas station. :(
