My husband was very respectfully laid out for us to say our farewells. They allowed us as family to spend as much time as we needed for closure, and then delivered the cremains to my door within a few days. Again, Kevin came in and took lots of time to hear how I was doing without my husband. We had past experience with all four of our parents" funerals and burials with previous generations of the Martens family. This is a family business that continues to provide exemplary service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for the best in after death care, both for the departed, and those who are grieving.

She definitely brought a sense of calm during a very overwhelming time for our family. She is trusting, a great listener and followed through on exactly what I requested. I would never consider using another funeral home …... well worth the drive to Martensville.

When you opt to do your "own" transport of ashes, service details like ushering etc and obit cards etc. it is nice to be paying for just the things you "need" as opposed to other funeral homes that load up on $ in "packages" that they sell you in your time of sorrow. Cherished memories is helpful and responsive and try hard in the office to accommodate all requests and help in getting obit, video or still photo presentation online in timely fashion. As always the urns are expensive at funeral homes but Amazon comes in handy and we were extremely happy with quality purchased online so if u have the opportunity to plan ahead it is worth it. Cherished memory staff is sensitive, respectful and compassionate group and would recommend to other family and friends for sure. No big sales pitch came from them and we were happy with that. You can have a very professional beautiful funeral and life tribute without bizarre costs often presented to you at big city funeral homes. Look at what u and family members can do yourself for the farewell, be brave, you will get through it.

The staff are very caring and compassionate, the facility is very nice, and they will take wonderful care of your loved one. I wish we would have dealt with these people when my dad passed. There were no hidden charges (there were with my dad....another big bill after the small funeral), the prices for services are quite reasonable, and they answered any questions we had with kindness and understanding. This is the best place to go, the only place to go. Keep up the great work!
