★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissappointed with service from Cass Funeral Home. A lot of money for "Professional Servies" which in our case consisted of thier filling out a form and transmitting it to QC government. For $750 I could have done that myself.
Apart from that I made only one simple request of them (send examples of public notices) - made the request twice and they still never followed through.
I signed a contract for a certain amount and then they billed extra to provide funeral home certificates, shouldn't that have been part of their "professional services"? Plus $150 for a cloth bag to contain ashes.
Shop around before the need arises!
