★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was anything lower thay 1 star I would definitely pick that. Terrible working conditions. No HR department so the boss treats you terribly. Extremely unprofessional, make personal comments and no evaluation is work related. Make you work overtime and don't pay you for it. No organisation in the working structure whatsoever. Never ever would I recommend this company for employment. Kills your interest in the field, damages your self confidence and also they accuse you of being incompetent even when all the work you were assigned is finished before time.

Relocated back to Ontario and was welcomed back to Chemi which was where I got my first job in the field I studied (Business: Marketing). With lots of patience Chemi allowed me to gain knowledge in many business fields and only there my strengths (that I was not aware of at that time) were recognized and utilized by my superiors which I cannot be more grateful about. It is a smaller company with higher amount of responsibility on each employee, perfect for someone with expertise, desire to learn and drive for perfection.
