Recently I purchased some Guinness the day before Saint Patrick's day. Opened a can and poured it, only to be confused over its appearance. Did a couple taste tests, and it was almost flat. Naturally I had already chucked my receipt. Stopped by today, and was pleasantly surprised that it was insisted that they swap it. They did not have to do this, but they did.
This is why I will always prefer the small business owners over the big guys like liquor depot.
