★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to the dry cleaners is now an errand I look forward to due to the great customer service I receive everytime I go to checkmate dry cleaners.
The owner is easy going and great to chat with everytime I go in. Incredibly refreshing for this day and age.
If I could give it 6 stars I would. Quick service with no issues after numerous visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to give a positive review of this business; however, I can’t because of such limited availability of the operators. I think the business closed down. It hasn’t been open for weeks. I’m really interested in getting my garments back. Sadly, I fear the clothes are forever trapped in the abandoned store.
Lol! Home Alone! You get a five star rating just for your reply. I’m happy the clothes aren’t trapped forever. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is sketchy. He melted my pillow cushion, which was part of a set, completely ruining my bedspread. Then accused me of being 'super rich' for having a polyester comforter! Strange human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner thinks he can get away with rude remarks if he puts on a smiley face. He was to install a plastic buckle to my bag. After seeing his struggle with one of the smaller pieces I offered to help. He shushed me in a joking way. "I said no. Don't you know what no means?" He gave up after a while, and I managed to fix the bag right in front of him. He said, "You're clever. I don't like you." and finally told me to "get out of here", which I did and I'm never going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super weird person behind the counter. He accused my partner of having SS symbols on her scarf, called it 'heinous', and then offered to buy the scarves for a dollar each? (the skulls on her scarf were very obviously not SS symbols). We will absolutely not be going back.
