★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apres plusieurs fois que jy vais à celui de st romuald, ils n'ont jamais les grandeurs dont jai besoin... meme si je mdemande dans plusieurs modeles. Mieux vaut aller directement a ste foy ou à levis. Et le services a la clientele nest pas tres bon. Ne propose meme pas de regarder dans dautres magasins pour voir sils le ont. Ne peuvent pas faire venir. En tout cas vraiment decue chaque fois que jy ai été je me disais que je netais simplement pas chanceuse. Mais la tanpis jirai ailleur.
 After several times that I go to that of St Romuald, they never have the sizes that I need ... even if I ask in several models. Better to go directly to Ste Foy or Levis. And the customer service is not very good. Don't even offer to look in other stores to see if they have it. Can't bring them over. Très bon service : l'employée était seule et arrivait à gérer l'achalandage tout en nous permettant d'avoir ce dont on avait besoin. J'ai essayé différents modèles et grandeurs de chaussures qu'elle m'a apportés pendant que j'ai été là, et elle est demeurée toujours patiente tout en répondant aux autres clients.
J'ai fini par acheter deux paires de chaussures. Les prix sont abordables.
I really enjoyed my visit to the Saint-Romuald branch.
Very good service: the employee was alone and managed to manage the traffic while allowing us to have what we needed. I tried on different styles and sizes of shoes she brought me while I was there, and she was always patient while responding to other customers.
I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. The prices are affordable.

Le propriétaire me demande si je me suis désinfecté les mains par 3 fois comme s'il me croyait pas avec des gros yeux. Vraiment insultant. Je vais la pour l'encourager. J'ai virer les talons. Ne merite pas un sous noir.
I go into the store. Sanitizes my hands. I start to look at the shoe models. The owner asks me if I have disinfected my hands 3 times as if he didn't believe me with big eyes. Really insulting. I'm going to encourage her. I kicked the heels. Don't deserve a black penny.
