Courtemanche a pris le temps nécessaire de bien m’expliquer le fonctionnement de mon système central et a vérifié ma thermopompe suite a quelques soucis de climatisation dans un délai sans précédent. Il a non seulement effectué les réparations nécessaires mais a aussi pris le temps de bien me conseiller sur l’utilisation et l’entretien de mon appareil. Je conseille sans hésitation cette entreprise de St-Basile. Un service à la clientèle comme on n’en retrouve que rarement de nos jours.

Mr. Courtemanche took the time necessary to fully explain to me how my central system worked and checked my heat pump after some air conditioning concerns in an unprecedented time. He not only made the necessary repairs but also took the time to advise me properly on the use and maintenance of my device. I recommend this St-Basile company without hesitation. Customer service like we rarely find today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La thermopompe cesse de fonctionner le mardi matin. Mon conjoint fait rapidement plusieurs appels auprès de différentes compagnies. La première à rappeler est Cena. On nous mentionne que le technicien passera le lendemain après-midi, entre 13h et 16h et appellera avant pour nous aviser. Tout s'est passé exactement comme prévu. Je remercie Dominic pour son service discret, professionnel et préventif.
The heat pump stops working on Tuesday morning. My partner quickly made several calls to different companies. The first to call back is Cena. We are told that the technician will drop by the next afternoon, between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and will call beforehand to advise us. Everything went exactly as planned. I thank Dominic for his discreet, professional and preventive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On dec27th, my furnace stopped and other cie s were charging me the "emergency" fee just to come over. CENA was super honest and upfront, charging me the regular fee and fixed my issue in less than 1 hour! I highly recommend & will most probably be doing business with them again.
