★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is extremely slow at making drinks. Also, the quality varies from being pretty good one day and being bad the next. The Taro Smoothie is very grainy (more grainy than other Chatimes) and not sure if they didn't hear me but when I asked for 25% sugar they gave me what was like 120% sugar.
