★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis heureuse d'habiter à la résidence Belvédères de Lachine. Il fait bon y vivre, les commodités sont nombreuses. Nous avons des activités en abondances et variées, des spectacles, des sorties organisées dans notre bus privé, ainsi que des repas de qualité. La résidence est sécuritaire et bien adaptée pour des personnes à mobilité réduite et le stationnement intérieur chauffé rend les sorties sécuritaires même l'hiver pour ceux qui ont une auto. L'emplacement tout près du bord de l'eau permet de prendre des marches dans un décor enchanteur, en plus d'avoir une vue superbe sur le lac de mon appartement. Je recommande cette résidence à quiconque qui souhaite se simplifier la vie dans le confort d'une résidence assez luxueuse où les employés sont tous gentils.
 I am happy to live at the Belvédères residence in Lachine. It is good to live there, the amenities are numerous. We have abundant and varied activities, shows, outings organized in our private bus, as well as quality meals. The residence is safe and well suited for people with reduced mobility and the heated indoor parking makes outings safe even in winter for those who have a car. The location very close to the water's edge allows you to take walks in an enchanting setting, in addition to having a superb view of the lake from my apartment. I recommend this residence to anyone who wants to simplify their life in the comfort of a quite luxurious residence where the employees are all nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residence is spacious, clean and bright. The staff are friendly and hard-working. Energetic, upbeat activity coordinators provide stimulating activities.
In the care unit, for residents who require assistance such as dementia care, they emphasize movement, walking and exercise which has been great for my Dad.
The residence is nicely situated on a quiet street in Lachine. Within a 5 minute walk from the residence, there are beautiful views of the lake and the Teapot 50+ Centre ( a community center with additional activity groups for seniors).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Belvederes building itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and provides key services for residents but more importantly, the people who work there are friendly, caring, and compassionate. My father resided at the Belvederes since 2009 and was always treated with respect, dignity, and care. The staff has always taken the pandemic seriously and have been dilligent about putting safety measures into place quickly and keeping residents and the families of residents well-informed. I have always felt confident about the care my father received there.
