F	Farro Smithers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who was "helping" us yesterday was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never ever encountered such attitude when asking simple questions as I have never shopped with the company before and likely will never again. First of all, one would expect that you don't have to look at an employees underwear when they walk around because they can't pull up their pants. To make matters worse, when my wife wanted to try on sizers he wouldn't remove the lanyard from his neck and made her come in super close to try them on, and she ended up pulling away because of the stench coming off him. Now as a company director, I do have high standards and notice these things more than the average person might, but maybe hire people who can actually take care of their appearance when working for you. Furthermore, he couldn't even be bothered to open his eyes when talking to us, and responded to everything in such a condescending way. I'm sorry you had to put your phone down to help us but seriously? We were looking for gifts and probably a candle for ourselves but since our sole presence in the store was such a bother we will not be returning.

J	Jess Gosse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm generally a person who buys what she wants when she sees it. Saw the new Harry Potter egg candle, wanted it, put it in my cart. Oh, but it's priced at 54.99 and they only apply free shipping at $55. Now shipping is only $8 right? Or maybe I can buy more to make it free. But it's the principle of it. Companies do this to make you pay more. And in Canada, pennies don't even exist anymore. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I messaged their live chat to see of they'd waive it. I was told in fairness to other customers, they couldn't. That doesn't sit right with me. Nor should it with anyone. You know what would be fair to other customers? Pricing your candles properly, and not using marketing ploys to make people buy more. I was told my concern would be passed onto management. But I'm only one person, and if we keep letting companies like this do this and say NOTHING then really, its our own fault. I will not be buying the candle, even though I wanted it. And my want for it is now just funneled into irritation and I'll be channeling that onto every social media platform I can. Thanks for opening my eyes Charmed Aroma. Hopefully I can let other people know what kind of company they're dealing with here.

A few days after wearing we noticed my finger was turning green which is strange because the website says it's 925 sterling silver. I have lots of other silver jewelry that I wear almost daily while others daily so I know it's not allergies. It's disappointing because he bought it knowing I'd love it and be able to wear it daily just for it to not be fully silver.

But since they moved locations to a bigger store they don’t seem to get all the item that the other stores do like whipped soap or the lotions. Also that staff at the new store don’t seem to know as much and the one girl that helps me takes WAY to long to do the little sales pitch thing at the front of the store. (Hi welcome to charmed aroma today we’re having a sale on etc….;) the whole time while I’m shopping she is still introducing the stores sales. Seems better training and more stock at this location would be better. It also doesn’t seem to match the rest of the stores appearance (you know how u walk into a McDonald’s anywhere and they all look the same, this one doesn’t) I will be shopping at the limeridge location for the most part and just pop in to smell scents at Mapleview before ordering online.
