S	Stevie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service from HR. Bought a limited edition candle for more money and they had the wrong ring inside. When I asked for another candle they had stocked they refused and told me to send in my ring to find a solution. Its been 2 months and HR guest services wont respond to my messages. Will never shop again and wont reccomend. Dissappointed in the potential.

Let me tell you none of them were actually working. Spend 10 mins looking around and was not even spoken to so I left. It's sad when you get better customer service online than in person.

K	Kayla Desilets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever walking in and the ladies were so nice and friendly. I couldn't find what I was looking for at first and a lady nicely pointed right where it was. Had to go in the next day to return because the candles I bought weren't the right smell for the girl I was buying them for and the ladies were so helpful making the return smooth, easy and fairly quick I might add. Candles are amazing and the store is well laid out so you can find your jewelry type easy. Thank you for making something I thought would be painful so easy and smooth! Keep up the good work ladies.
P	P Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the store was in March the employee was strangely aggressive about sanitizing hands (didn’t have a problem with doing it, but didn’t need her to jump down my throat as it was the very beginning of the pandemic). Second time I asked an employee standing outside if the Black Friday promotion included Harry Potter candles and she responds that it didn’t but I need to get in the line as if I was overwhelming her. There were two people in line - calm down. I’ve been meaning to buy something here, but the unprofessional staff turns me off each time. Need better training - maybe take a trip down to bath and body works and they’ll figure it out. They also require sanitizing and have lines but are a lot more polite and professional about it.
