Il à été en retard, faisait des commentaires sexiste tout le long de l'inspection, à prit 4h30 pour une inspection qui aurais du prendre 2h car il préférait faire des commentaires sur son parfum que de faire son travail comme il le faut. D'autant plus qu'il à manquer des choses qui sautait au yeux. Pour en nommer quelques un : - Papier d'amiante - Plomberie saisie - Boites de jonction partout - Aucune prises mise à terre - Électroménagés pas sur disjoncteur unique - fil d'alluminium etc. Sauver votre temps et argent et trouver un autre inspecteur! ********************************************** I would give a 0 stars review since I'm really disappointed but I cannot therefore 1 star. He was late, made sexist comments all along the inspection, took 4:30 for an inspection that should have taken 2 hours because he preferred to comment on his cologne rather than to do the inspection properly. Furthermore, he missed things that jumped in the eyes. To name a few: - Asbestos paper - Plumbing seized - Junction boxes everywhere - No grounded outlets - Appliances not on single breaker - aluminum wire etc. Save your time and money and find another inspector! I would like to give an opinion to 0 stars so I am disappointed but I can not therefore 1 star. L	Linzee Perreault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions rendez-vous à 15h. À 14h00, on m'envoie un courriel me disant que l'inspecteur va être en retard d'une heure. J'étais déjà en route à ce moment. Une chance que j'ai regardé mes courriels en arrivant, car j'aurais attendu longtemps! Je téléphone donc l'inspecteur pour comprendre la situation et aussi faire part que je ne trouve pas ça professionnel qu'on ne me téléphone pas. Il me répond qu'il part de Gatineau (la visite est à La Prairie sur la rive sud de Montréal!!) et qu'il s'est étouffé avec un os de poulet en route. Bref, je lui explique que ça change les plans et que pour être franche, je préfère trouver quelqu'un de plus professionnel. Sur ce, il me raccroche la ligne au nez. Un grand manque de respect et professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas. We had an appointment at 3 p.m. At 2:00 p.m., I was sent an email telling me that the inspector was going to be an hour late. I was already on my way at the time. Luckily I checked my emails when I arrived, because I would have waited a long time! So I phone the inspector to understand the situation and also to let me know that I don't find it professional that no one calls me. He replied that he was leaving from Gatineau (the visit is to La Prairie on the south shore of Montreal !!) and that he choked on a chicken bone on the way. In short, I explain to him that it changes the plans and that to be frank, I prefer to find someone more professional. With that, he hangs up the line in my face. A great lack of respect and professionalism. I do not recommend.
