★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charan Property Management don't respond even for emergency. Don't rent their properties. We are spending night in hell, ceiling has been leaked. 5 days before I called them to restore water dripping problem from ceiling. They said they made work order and soon someone will come to stop it but now it a huge leakage. My stuff had been demanged by water. Silly they are. Don't rent Charan Property anywahere. They love just money and don't provide services. It is NOT first time me with me. It is 4th time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are not safe. You will be in danger every second. Your belongings are not safe. No door security. Someone can enter into property easily. Smelly apartments. Very dangerous in winter. No warm water and no heating system. Peace free property. Bugs everywhere. No help even after 100 calls. I lived there 1 year and they
cut my full security even everything was fine. Same thing happened to my friend who lived there 2 months and he left the aprtment duevto bugs at Centennial Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place to call home…extremely friendly staff, clean and so many amenities, we booked the rooftop event room for a private Easter function..best decision I made, it has everything you could want to host a gathering.. 3 large joining rooms, lots of seating, table and chairs, 3 tvs, hot tub comfy sofas, large outside deck with gas bbq…beautiful kitchen with all the appliances..even a great ice maker in the freezer.. BONUS: amazing view for the city..

They should learn to treat others how they would like to be treated themselves. They take no responsibility for their actions.

I have been dealing with flood issues at my apartment and the amount of dedication and support what Karen has showen over couple of months to deal with me was incredible. She was very proactive when it came to contact insurance people or contractors. I'm sure it would be a asset for any company to have an employee like Karen working for them.
