★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small ish venue with slot machines. All of the staff and employees seemed very friendly. It wasn’t particularly busy, but then again I was there at 3pm on a weekday. Walked out with a couple more bucks than what I walked it with. Would go back. Really liked the use of space with the garage underneath the venue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sources confirmed that duncan casino has a record high of complaints against it concerning the overly sensitive staff that play victim with clients when they offend the client or disrespect clients. The manager is so inexperienced that he shouldn't be in charge of staff as he's an instigator himself.... I sware in all the native owned casinos I've visited across Canada for the last 30 years , duncan casino is the most rude and filled with irresponsible victim players as staff members... its more then just a risk of losing your money there , they may actully cause drama in your evening and life if they don't like the way your disappointed with them when they are rude !
Take an extra 30 mins , keep driving to Nanaimo or Victoria... you'll actually get treated a lot better... im sure you'll find a victim player or 2 , but not all the staff like Duncan lol .... its Duncan , what other behavior would you expect from that town !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely go but I do recognize the same staff from before COVID which is nice, they're very good about checking for vaccine cards and IDs everyone is friendly and on the ball, they always have good food at a good price so it's a great evening out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner on Friday. Just terrible. Tables weren't clean, dining room very messy. Food was not great. I got nachos with a tiny bit of cheese, orher two had mediocre meals at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone needs to over hall the structure right front start to finish in regards to the inefficiencies in the day to day operations of the bingo and concession.
There is so much potential to minimize the unnecessary waste that goes on in the bingo and concession. This includes time management, labour, customer satisfaction...
The disorganization of both the bingo and concession are stressful and weigh heavily and negatively on the customers and staff.
Perhaps some very resourceful, less stressful changes would help you retain and take the stressful burdens off of the dedicated (but mistreated) staff you already have.
Pay attention, listen, learn! Most changes can be done here without any additional expense.
