E	Emily Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go here when my favorite hairdresser worked there but, she's unfortunately moved on. On the phone I told them what i wanted done and if they could reconmend anyone who would be great for the job . They told me of one of their master stylists (Becca or Kathy . I honestly don't remember the name) would be a great fit and booked me with them. When I came in the same week for the appointment, I saw someone completely different. She spoke very little English and I felt bad for her as I'm sure she was new and it's not an easy job for her to communicate with the barrier. It took her a very long time to do my haircut and wash ; about an hour and ten for a medium length hair when I'm usually out in 30 minutes. The haircut I got wasn't terrible but it wasn't what I wanted and since she cut my hair with my part down the middle (when I part my hair to the side) it now doesn't sit the way I want even 4 months later. Since then, I haven't been back and I probably won't be. I'm not so much mad at the hairdresser but the combination of improper booking when booked the same week, combined with the lackluster haircut that took forever to do. The constant turn over here is also not too welcoming of a friendly atmosphere. I wish the best for them.

(I know so dramatic) but Charlie is amazing. She is the only person I would let do my hair. She listens and pays attention to what your asking for and I have never been unsatisfied. I would recommend her to anyone !

The person also had the nerve to say I'm getting a discount, as if to make me feel good about the price I'm paying. I have been coming here for many years and don't mind spending a couple hundred dollars once in a while to get my hair done. This WAS my favorite place to get primped. Rip me off once and I will never return. It's unfortunate; every experience I've had prior to my most recent one has ranged from good to great.
S	Sarah H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing haircut by Edlynne! She was fast, friendly and did an awesome layered cut. Highly recommend! All around a good experience was let in a bit early, fast and friendly service from both Edlynne and a nice chat with another stylist nearby.

My hair was a mess and now it's soft, the cut is the best I've had and the color is fantastic. I always leave feeling pampered and looking great! The Salon is up to date and always clean and bright. They play music and there is a large screen TV. They offer tea, coffee, water, etc and magazines while you wait for your hair to process. Great staff and a great experience. I did not get paid for this, I choose to post my own review cause I'm a happy customer

I feel after reading reviews what my hair looks like after 3 times and what I've paid up till now I was extremely over charged .... not happy and would like people to know. Also when I was sitting waiting her and another girl were talking and the other girl was saying how I couldn't get what I want and it is what it is pretty much .. 5 ft from me... then the women doing my hair.pretended she didn't remember what the other girl was saying....unprofessional and over priced service
H	Hayley Buchanan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Champers and used the same hair stylist she is a very nice lady however I feel extremely over charged and this was the third time I've left there thinking she didn't do my hair anything like the picture I showed her or how I wanted it done and I think its because she was in a hurry however she still charged 375 dollars for a cut and colour!!! I felt taken advantage of and unfortunately I won't be returning another point I wanted to make is I asked her to cut my hair to my shoulders as I had very long hair and she kept cutting it shorter and shorter and im not happy about that. I'm the type of person that has a very hard time saying how I feel in the moment. I will be going elsewhere from now on. *Update* Champers reached out to me which I so appreciate my stylist is going to rectify this situation and I'm very pleased as she is an amazing stylist!! I will be going back!! Thank-you ❤

The reviews and detailed description of the Salon helped me make the decision to give them a call and book an appointment. My stylist was Sunny and being it was my first time in her chair, we did a detailed review of my hair and its current condition and what I was looking for in a colour change. As we were going through the process, she continued to update on my hair's colouring and giving me tips on how to care for it after my appointment. The results were spectacular! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! She removed the yellowing from my hair, refreshed it to give me a more natural colour, trimmed it and gave me a gorgeous finished style. Too bad I wasn't going out for the evening because I left there feeling beautiful. Thank you Sunny! I will see you in 3-months for my next appointment.
