I hired Chair Flair 8 months prior for my daughters 1st Birthday Party. It was a mermaid theme and Shannon took the time to read through all my emails as I was worried it wouldn’t look how I wanted. It was at a hall where there was a lot to plan. Shannon was so patient and literally went ABOVE and BEYOND for me!!!!! When I walked in, I was blown away by everything. It looked unbelievable!!! My daughter’s birthday will be remembered by everyone! Unbelievable!!! Everyone was asking who did the décor! Shannon even did little touches like treasure chests and so much more for the party. Thanks again Chair Flair! Beyond happy customer!!!

The chairs and chair pads were in good condition and Chair Flair set them up beautifully and were willing to do a late pick up immediately after the wedding (as we couldn't leave them in the venue over night) which was REALLY appreciated! I definitely recommend Chair Flair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shannon and her team did an amazing job of setting up for our ceremony! The set up of the backyard for our ceremony was exactly what we wanted. It was so seamless to have them decorate for us. We used linens and runners for the tables at the reception as well, which were easy to pick up and drop off. Her flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend using her services. Thanks again for the lovely touches to our wedding :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shannon at Chair Flair helped us to bring our vision to life with her beautiful rentals and tasteful eye. We contacted her since she had worked at our venue before and was familiar with the space. Overall we were thrilled with the décor that her and her team provided on our wedding day, but a last minute setup change added a lot of stress. We had booked our venue for 5 hours the day before mainly for Chair Flair to come set up for the ceremony (and thereby our rehearsal), and were very clear about that throughout the entire process. The day before we rented the hall, I was told they weren’t given confirmation from the hall (even though I had told them multiple times) that we had rented it, and they instead took another client for setup on this day. If I had been told that they required venue confirmation, I could have sent the countless emails I had received from the venue. Considering the large amount of money we spent with them on decorations, we were completed blindsided and extremely frustrated and stressed by this last minute change. The decorations and service on the wedding day that Chair Flair provided was excellent, but the lead up to the wedding was stressful to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chair Flair has very beautiful decor pieces. Shannon's team did an amazing job setting up. I rented almost every decor piece from them for my wedding and it looked amazing! The faux flowers and cherry trees are so realistic that most people thought they were real. I recommend Chair Flair to any bride who is seeking rental decor!
