He does not make himself available and accessible to the public whatsoever - through social media, local public appearances or otherwise. I understand from several sources that he doesn't even live in the riding. Please, Anybody But Palacio in '18! He is a living breathing argument for term limits.
o	ors ors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this riding for over 40 years and have had a number of occasions to call on Cesar's office. Most recently, the little parkette across the street was in need of repair. Response from his staff was immediate and repairs were made within the week. When I have phoned for info, I don't wait more than 48 hours for a response. He is a councillor who puts his constituents first. A number of NDP members have strenuously been trying to put their candidate in this riding and I have to think that they are the sour grapes on this site. If you can't win democratically, then just smear your opponent. It's interesting that most of the negative reviews were all submitted 7 months ago - collusion? I have no other interests in writing this review other than to praise Cesar for his work in Davenport.

I just received your summer report in my mailbox and i must say, I am thrilled to read about the increase of daycare spaces - it was much needed! Your work speaks volumes of the kind of person you are. Thank you.
C	Corina (CorinaFortuna) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in this ward for seventeen years and have had reason to reach out to our Councillor about a half dozen times, via phone and email. Not once has his staff or Mr. Palacio returned our emails or calls. These were reasonable queries about traffic issues, CP rail right-of-ways, dog parks, etc. - pretty benign queries for the most part (barring the email I sent registering my discomfort with his support of some of the former mayor's, Rob Ford, proposals). I've taken to contacting our neigbouring Councillors and their offices for assistance. They and their staff (Bailao & Mihevic) are responsive and have generously provided me with answers and directions on which city departments might have the information I am looking for. So my advice if you live in Ward 17...ask the Councillors and staff in Wards 18&21 for assistance.
C	Christine Vital on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to thank you and your great staff for assisting my parents by recommending and filing out the Toronto Renovates grant application, as this grant helped my parents retrofit the kitchen and washroom areas of the home, so that they are more easily accessible. In addition, I wanted to extend my thanks for the FREE Annual Compost Days, as the community is really taking a more active interest in gardening as a result. Keep up the great work and thank you for your assistance - I wish more Councillors were like you.

I am terribly disappointed by an elected official who does not care to reply to his constituents. He will definitely not be getting my vote or family's vote, I have also made sure to tell my neighbours and friends who live in Ward 17 not to vote for him. When you decided to become a public servant you'd better be there for people when they have problems.
