β β β β β Do not trust this bank they will setup your account as an interest only payment. They stole three years of payment from us. We unfortunately helped a family member to get an account with them and they have been making payments for two years interest only. Who would want to make an interest only on a mortgage payment? I have tried the complaint process. Alterna Savings already admit that their employee made a mistake. Alterna offered a "Gesture of good will" and when we went to our lawyer because we did not agree that $18,000 was appropiate after we are out $300,000. Alterna bullied the lawyer when she was asking for more time to look over the case. Then gave us less than 1hr sign the agreement.
