★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was taking awhile for the painter to be able to schedule our interior paint job while they were finishing up exterior painting for the season and we were about to go on a trip so I called the head office. They had someone out that evening to paint match and got a whole crew out the next day so it could be done before we left for our trip that week. Every contact I had from in-home quote, booking, accounting, to painters were all extremely kind, professional, and considerate. They made the whole process easy and we are very pleased with the price and outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CertaPro's team painted the exterior of our house. They did a great job sanding and repairing any concerns before painting and they perfectly matched the existing colour. They were prompt, answered all our questions and walked us through everything at the end of each day.
We would definitely recommend them for any paint jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken and his team was excellent! Stephanie the project manager in charge of our interior trim work was awesome to work with. She's very friendly, and personable with great attention to detail. She has great customer service skills. She listen to our concerns and addressed all our needs. The project ended up taking 2 more days than expected but we're very happy with the work and they did not charge us more than the quoted price. The quote for the work Ken quoted was very reasonable he was not the lowest or the highest. I would definitely recommend Ken and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenny came to give us an estimate. He was professional, precise and told us exactly what the quote covered. Before the painting began, the painter (Eric) again went over what he would be doing. It was a big job and he kept us informed as the work progressed. We were doing a total exterior renovation so he needed to coordinate his work with other trades. Everything went as planned and we are very happy with the outcome.
