I knew he had dealt with some homes in the area we were looking and because I also knew him personally prior to contacting him to be our agent, we felt he was the right match for us. Daniel listened carefully to what we wanted in a house. Of course, we had a long list and narrowed them down to key priorities... Once we had seen a few homes, Daniel was great at gauging how much we liked a house. He was extremely patient with us when we passed on homes we liked but 'just didn't feel right'. When THE house came up, he made sure we saw the house a couple of times just to make sure. We also talked over the phone and sat down to discuss our offer. In the end, patience paid off! We are in our dream home in our dream neighbourhood, and couldn't have asked for more! Even six months after being in our home, we are still in contact with Daniel from time to time. It's great to have someone so passionate about his job work for you so hard to find the 'perfect' house! Thanks Dan for all that you did for us!"
