★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted by Liberty Development. After two years, they decided to cancel cosmo condos. They said they were not able to arrange financing. You're telling me the 3 building project, over 1100 units, a company with over 30 years of experience cant getbtheor finances in check when you wanted all your buyers to have iron clad financial paper work completed by a top bank before they sold you a unit. Im betting they are going rename the project and sell for higher. I would never buy from Liberty again and to new potential buyers of Liberty, please be careful because it could happen to you as well. Greedy, unethical Developer!!!

I purchased Centro Square Retail to operate a business and enter the world of real estate investing. I have had such a horrible experience with Liberty Development, I cannot begin to tell you half of what I have been through I’m dealing with these scam artists.
If you are considering purchasing with Liberty Development, I strongly suggest you reconsider!
They are a team of unprofessional, rude, manipulative, greedy, two-faced scoundrels.
After two years, the second floor of Centro Square Shops is still vacant, poorly constructed, smell in the drains/pipes, lack of parking, no foot traffic, no retail signs on the building. They are running this project to the ground. I’ve had to start a different business to stay a float.
Stay away from Liberty Development (and their aliases).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liberty Development never picks up my calls..it’s actually really unprofessional. They made me get a mortgagr aprooval THREE years BEFORE my pre-construction condo. And they even threatened me that if I did not get an official mortgage, I would lose my unit. All other pre-cons do not require official mortgages until 6 months before closing date. My RBC broker did all the paperwork but was so confused at this situation. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely condo, for 3 months living here, nothing bad has happened at all. Some people complained about the alarm fire alarm testing every month, but IT'S A NORMAL experience for all new condos. I used to leave at Valhalla Inn Rd in Etobicoke, brand new building, there was testing alarm every month, that's the new regulations, and several times there where many issues with parcels/garage/garbage, elevator, duct system and more. What I mean is that in any building there will be issues, no matter how luxurious it is marketed but we understand, we are just humans, not robots. Things happen, and besides all of that, Centro condos a beautiful building, clean and maintained perfectly. Amazing center point location, quick access to any HWY, literally, EVERYTHING around, spectacular proposed indoor retail mall, amazing access to underground garage, and 4 access to the mall. Really happy to leave here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo building, lots of business on the first floor which appears to me medical, there is a first aid training center and a DJI (drones) store here. Lots near by, Costco, IKEA, Walmart, TESLA Dealer, Longos, Dave & Busters, Movie Threater, two many restaurants to name. HWY is a major road and they have dedicated bus lanes and one of the newest Subway stations is close too. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate it with everything in me. The units are so suffocatingly tiny and I want to have a word with the architect because they could not have done a worse job with the layout. We have had problems with literally all the built in appliances, the microwave, the clothes dryer, even a broken cabinet for goodness sake. Don’t live here unless you want to cry about how much you hate where you live every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a no star rating I would. I've had my motorcycle stolen from the underground parking. Not once did management follow up with me to inform me they had even cared one bit and were looking into it. I had to go out of my way to speak with them. Building is a joke and so is security. They still have not sent out an email to let current residents know about the situation and to take extra safety measures. So happy I rent and don't own here. If you're looking at buying or renting here I would HIGHLY suggest other wise. Look into other buildings will real security and not children working doing work assignments and talking to their friends and family over the phone instead of doing their SIMPLE job.
