★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a COVID-19 test, which thankfully turned out negative, at this centre. The staff was really nice and took very good precautions against COVID. The lady who took my swab was especially nice and caring.

Even though the wait times were long and things were kind of nuts due to the construction when I was getting started on T a few years ago, the staff made the process as streamlined as possible and never made me feel alienated or unworthy of their services. They not only got me on testosterone as soon as possible, but helped me get a family doctor as I had not seen one in years who did not treat me poorly due to my gender identity. They've also been super kind and helpful for my friends who come here for trans healthcare. I cannot recommend this place enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel blessed to have obtained a doctor at Centretown - they have helped me in so many ways. This is the best model of health care I have ever had. I was on a wait list to get the doctor for a year but it was well worth the wait. Can't thank the staff here enough for being so caring and diligent!
