★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai loué un holter il y cela plusieurs mois et même après que mon médecin aie demandé les résultats (qui étaient sensés arrivé en trois semaines) à plusieurs reprises, ils ne l'ont jamais transmise... Il ne répondent jamais aux téléphonne. J'ai payé la location du holter 70$ j'imagine que je peux l'oublier...
 I rented a holter several months ago and even after my doctor asked for the results (which were supposed to come in three weeks) on several occasions they never forwarded it ... He never answered the phones . I paid the holter rental $ 70 I guess I can forget it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand l'endroit se trompe dans ton rendez-vous, "ok, ça peut arriver". 2 fois par contre. Et ensuite, demander un rendez-vous et ne pas retourner les messages, "ok, ça peut arriver", 2 fois par contre, ça fait beaucoup de mauvaise administration, à éviter.
When the place is wrong with your date, "ok, that can happen". 2 times on the other hand. And then, ask for an appointment and do not return the messages, "ok, that can happen", twice on the other hand, that is a lot of bad administration, to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel est super accueillant! L’equipe est efficace . Beau travail d’équipe . Belle ambiance. Le médecin est très attentif et attentionné. Mon médecin a prit le temps nécessaire pour répondre à mes questions et me rassurer. Chantal (la sercretaire) garde son beau sourire et sa bonne humeur malgré une surcharge de travail !
On peut avoir un rendez-vous rapidement , contrairement de l’hopital!
Ils sont présentement dans les travaux car ils agrandissent, mais malgré ça, la clinique demeure ouverte.
Je recommence fortement cette clinique.
The staff are super welcoming! The team is efficient. Great teamwork. Great atmosphere. The doctor is very attentive and caring. My doctor took the time necessary to answer my questions and reassure me. Chantal (the secretary) keeps her beautiful smile and her good humor despite being overworked!
We can get an appointment quickly, unlike the hospital!
They are currently in the works because they are expanding, but despite that, the clinic remains open.
I strongly recommenced this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai loue un Holter au coût de 150$. On m'avait précise que mon medecin recevrait le rapport après 3 semaines. Ça fait maintenant plus de 5 semaines et aucune nouvelle. Ils ne retournent même pas mes appels. C'est beau les cliniques privées!!!
I rented a Holter for $ 150. I was told that my doctor would receive the report after 3 weeks. It's been over 5 weeks now and no news. They don't even return my calls. Private clinics are beautiful !!!

J'ai recu un appelle dans l'après-midi la même journée et eu un rendez vous pour la semaine suivant pour un Tapis. J'ai recu mon courriel de confirmation 3 jours avant le rendez-vous comme on me l'avais dit. Cardiologue et technicienne très symphatique. Je recommande.
Great service no complaints. I called to make an appointment it said to leave a message what I did. I received a call in the afternoon of the same day and had an appointment for the following week for a Carpet. I received my confirmation email 3 days before the appointment as I was told. Very sympathetic cardiologist and technician. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon mari a fait faire un examen Holter 24 hrs fin juin et depuis on reste sans aucune nouvelle. Personne ne répond au téléphone et malgré y laisser un message, aucun retour d'appel n'est fait. On a fini par avoir un retour par courriel, nous disant que la cardiologue est en vacances. Sans même nous rejoindre par téléphone!! Cela fait maintenant 2mois!! Le pire service privé à 165$ l'arnaque! Éviter cet endroit à tout pris.
My husband had a 24 hour Holter exam done at the end of June and we have had no news since. No one answers the phone and despite leaving a message there is no return call. We ended up getting feedback by email, telling us that the cardiologist is on vacation. Without even joining us by phone !! It's been 2 months now !! The worst private service at $ 165 scam! Avoid this place at all costs.

Malgré cette étrange insistance à faire semblant de ne pas exister, dans le plus grand mépris de toute clientèle éventuelle, le service est bien correct si vous arrivez à communiquer avec eux. C'était plus facile de parler à quelqu'un en appelant *à l'hôpital*.
They don't answer the phone; they do not respond to their emails. Despite this strange insistence on pretending not to exist, with the greatest contempt for any potential clientele, the service is fine if you can communicate with them. It was easier to talk to someone by calling * the hospital *.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional services from the minute you enter to the reception where they treat you with kindness then when the pro technician will call you to start preparing you to do the stress test with care till the doctor come to know everything about your case listening to you very carefully asking you all about you and your family history to know it all before he check the result and explain it all to you to have a clear view about your case and what should you do to better heart life.
Moreover, it is a very clean clinic, quite and the most important that your appointment is right on time :)
