★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my life have I experienced such high quality customer service. I was visiting for a wedding and took my dry cleaning in, she knew I was on a tight schedule and the wedding was Saturday morning. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning on Thursday she told me there were some stains that she was having a hard time getting out so come back tomorrow and it will be done. I came back the next day to find out that one of the chemicals they tried to use on my suit jacket to get the stain out burned through the material, BUT!!! Instead of giving us some story and a credit, SHE HAD HER SON! AT 8PM AT NIGHT, DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO KELOWNA TO BUY ME THE EXACT SAME JACKET!!!
It was nicer than the one I originally brought in!! I could not believe the level of service that she went to, to make sure that I left happy and wouldn't ya know she didnt even charge me for cleaning the jacket ?
Out of every establishment I have ever been too or reviewed this is by far the best experience I've ever had when it came to how a business should handle their problems!! Thank you so much Centre Dry Cleaning!! You made it happen and just in time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took some dress slacks to another dry cleaners prior to leaving on a trip. Came to pick them up a couple days before leaving to find they were pressed but not cleaned. The person there was unable to rectify the problem saying it would take 5 days to get them back and would not refund my money. I took the slacks to Centre Dry cleaning and explained my problem to them. My pants were cleaned and ready a few hours later. On top of it all, she did not charge me for the service and did it just as a favor in my time of need. I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a secondhand wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and the owner was amazing. She took me through the process of what she would have to do with this particular (and very fiddly) dress, and even run me right away to let me know that she was happy with the partial test clean she did on some of the fabric and was going to go ahead on the rest of the dress. She really cares about your clothing, and I don't think I've met a nicer proprietor in town. She'll be able to tell you straight if there's hope for a difficult clean, and she's always friendly. Very reasonably priced for the work and love put in. Many thanks for all of your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my wedding dress as there was a line on the side seam from where it had been taken out a little (I'm a bit hippy...my dress was a sample dress so the line was from it being worn and the new fabric being exposed). She called me and said that she was able to get rid of this issue without needing to do a full clean and had it steamed and pressed and all ready to go for me well before the big day (eventhough it was the holidays, she worked her magic). She was so sweet, kind and accommodating with everything and even offered her services should anything else come up. She saved me money and stress and did an absolutely beautiful job!!! I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am!! She really made my day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife spilled coffee on her dress right when I was dropping her off to get ready with our daughter and the bridesmaids. I went in at 10:00 am when they opened and explained my emergency. They were clearly already very busy but still managed to fit me in and clean my shirt as well. They had it done before noon and we were able to make it on time for our daughters wedding. When I went to pay they said it was on the house. Thank you so much! You ladies are amazing! There’s not many decent people like you around anymore. Life saver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to the wonderful ladies at Centre Dry Cleaning! I brought in my daughter's beloved unicorn jammies for repair because the zipper had broken (it slid off on one end). They had it repaired within five minutes and didn't charge me for it. My daughter was so grateful, she put on the jammies as soon as I brought them home. Thanks again!
